Performance Management Program
Central to the long-term success of an organisation is its ability to define the direction it wants to take and execute the strategies required. However effective execution relies on an employee’s ability to have the necessary behaviours, mindset, and motivation to follow through on the demands of the organisation. Our Performance Management Programme uses the Rethink Behaviours Framework to empower and equip individuals to execute organisational change and maximise performance. It explores the psychology behind change and the challenges experience in and managing change. This programme which contains both group facilitation and 1-2-1 coaching can be run in line with an organisational change programme or as a standalone.
