LESLEY ANN DUNNE Founder
What drives Lesley Ann Dunne is a deep-rooted curiosity into what makes people and organisations tick and how they can fulfil their potential. She partners with clients during a period of change to navigate a vision for the future and empower the behaviours that will align their performance with potential. With many of the clients that she works with she becomes a trusted advisor, providing insights that bring unforeseen strengths and abilities out in her clients.
Lesley Ann has worked for over 15 years in the space of change and performance management. She started her career with a Big 4 Consultancy House working with clients such as Glanbia, Bank of Ireland, Pfizer, and The National Lottery. From there she moved to CRH plc where she had various roles including Mergers and Acquisitions, Post acquisition Integration, Business Transformation and Strategic Planning.
Since founding Rethink Behaviours, Lesley Ann has combined her business background with her coaching experience and approach. As well as facilitating organisations in the areas of strategic planning and change, she worked with teams and individuals to maximise their value and performance.
In addition to her work with Rethink Behaviours Lesley Ann is a board director and founding member of Kyrie Therapeutic Farm CLG, a transformative initiative for Ireland’s mental health services. She provides part-time and guest lecturing to Irish Universities in the areas of Finance & Accounting and Leadership and holds qualifications in several disciplines including a Diploma in Strategy, Development, and Innovation with Smurfit Business School, Diploma in Executive & Leadership Coaching, Certificate in Team Coaching, a BA in Management Science and Information System Studies (MSISS) and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
